Founder & Managing Partner
Greg McGuire
Greg is one of the founders of Convergenz, and has over 25 years of experience in the Consulting and Staffing business. He is responsible for the day-to-day governance of the company and strategic vision. A graduate from The University of Maryland, he lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and four kids. When not watching his kid’s games, he can often be found outdoors. Greg is an avid skier, cyclist, and a 6X Ironman finisher. He is passionate supporter of The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF).

Founder & Managing Partner
Wade Berusch
As a founder of Convergenz with almost 25 years of experience, Wade drives business development and has a passion for building company culture. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Towson University, he lives in McLean, VA with his wife and two children. When he is not in the office, you will find him coaching multiple youth sports for his kids or training at the Crossfit box.

Chief Financial Officer
William Hsiung
William serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Convergenz, overseeing all financial operations. With over 20 years at Convergenz, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business growth. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from George Washington University. His expertise spans corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Sr. VP of Sales & Delivery
Chris Matthews
Chris has 25 years of Human Capital solutions experience with both government and commercial clients. A graduate from University of Virginia he lives in Arlington, VA with his wife and two daughters. Responsible for market growth, people development and business processes supporting sales & delivery.

Director of SW Region
Dustin Hughes
A graduate from the University of North Texas with a BA in Marketing, Dustin started his career with Convergenz in 2011. He oversees our Southwest Region, including sales and recruiting management of the Dallas branch. Dustin was born and raised in Texas and now resides in Lantana, TX with his wife, son, and daughter.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Danielle Morris
Danielle has been an integral part of Convergenz since 2011, contributing over 20 years of professional services expertise. She oversees the Financial Services Division, as well as the Centralized Delivery and National Sales teams, ensuring exceptional service and support for high-volume and national MSP customers. A proud graduate of the University of Maryland, Danielle lives in Maryland with her husband, two daughters, and son.

Managing Director
Jonathan Rubenstein
Jonathan brings over 20 years of staffing experience, which includes over 15 years with Convergenz. Over this time he’s touched virtually all aspects of our industry. He values relationships over anything and really puts an emphasis around his clients and candidates alike. Born and raised in the DC area, Jonathan lives in Arlington with his wife. He’s a proud Virginia Tech Hokie and passionate about craft beer.
